Fire Pit Rentals

Cozy up to a roaring fire with one of our firepit rentals! Your reservation secures the perfect HQ for you and your group during your adventure here at Piney Acres Farm. Roast s’mores, sing songs, or just enjoy the comfort of a warm fire on a cool evening.

Party Packages

All packages are 2 hours long and include use of our indoor restroom facilities, & barnyard animal visits. Private party areas equipped with personal party host. In the event of inclement weather, rain dates can be utilized.

Bare Basics

  • Includes 2-hour rental of any bonfire area and picnic tables
  • Does not include any activities.
  • Each additional guest is $5 per person.
  • This package allows for party guests to pay for activities on their own

Fall Gathering

  • Includes 2-hour rental of any bonfire area and picnic tables
  • 25 wristbands which includes full admission to all activities.
  • Each additional guest is $10 per person.
  • Best option for adults (ages 14 and up) & evening parties.

Family Fun

  • Includes 2-hour rental of any bonfire area and picnic tables
  • 40 wristbands which includes full admission to all activities.
  •  Each additional guest is full admission.
  •  Perfect for families with kids under 14 & is most cost effective

BIG Family Fun

  • 50 wristbands which includes full admission to all activities.

  •  This package is designed for large groups with many kids under 14.

GIGANTIC Family Fun

  • Includes 2-hour rental of any bonfire area, extra straw bales for seating and picnic tables
  • 75 wristbands which includes full admission to all activities.
  •  Each additional guest is full admission.
  • Ideal for large family reunions/company parties

Please Be Aware:
Campfire roasting sticks are limited.
Firewood is $40/bundle.

The Fine Print

  • Outside food/drink, additional seating, coolers, canopies, games, & firewood is permitted.
  • If you do not have firewood, we can provide it for $40. 
  • No drugs, weapons or underage drinking allowed. Smoking permitted in designated areas only.
  • All pets must be on leash.
  • Non-refundable deposit of $100 due at booking and will be deducted from total party package of the day. 
  • Reservation deposit is not refundable after two weeks prior to your chosen event date.
  • Reservation deposit is refundable if it rains at the farm at the time of your event. In the case of inclement weather your reservation may be rescheduled.
  • Prices subject to change.
  • Electric hookup is available for an additional fee. (Fire Pit #1 is $10, Fire Pit #2 or #3 is $30)
  • It is recommended to have an additional hour for set up/tear down of your party.
  • No discount if attendance is less than invited guests.
  • Additional costs apply if more guests attend than quoted.
  • All parties to be during normal business hours.
  • Unused wristbands are not refundable.
  • All guests 2-13 will receive a small bag of gem mine rough with admission.
  • All activities are included except for:
    additional gem mining rough, air cannon shots, train rides, dual slide (Piney Mountain).
  • Group events do not include pumpkins, farm goods, or concession food/drink.

Dining Hall Rentals

Rent our dining hall during our off season from January-September for your group.

All party packages are 2 hours long.
Parties are to be during normal business hours.

No discounts if actual attendance is lower than initial quote.
Additional costs if more guests attend.
Unused wristbands are non-refundable.

All guests 2-13 years old will receive a small bag of gem mining rough w/ admission.

All activities are included except train rides, air cannon shots, dual slide, and additional gem mining rough. Pumpkins, farm goods, and concessions are not included in your reservation, but may be purchased on site.

It is recommended to have an extra hour to set up and tear down your party. All packages only include 2 hours.

After submitting your registration you will be redirected to pay your deposit online. You registration is not fully submitted until this deposit is paid. After we receive your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your tour date and time.

$100 deposit is due at time of booking and is subtracted from reservation total. Prices are subject to change.

Please Note:

  • Outside food/drink additional seating, coolers, canopies, games and firewood is permitted.
  • Party deposits are nonrefundable after two weeks prior to selected date.
  • In case of rain during scheduled event, deposit is refundable or your party may be resecheduled.
  • No drugs, weapons, or underage drinking is allowed. No smoking permitted. All pets must be leashed.
