On Saturday, September 29, 2018 Piney Acres Farm will open for the fall season. This year’s theme, the Piney Acres Pumpkin Roundup, is designed to celebrate simple pleasures and old-fashioned fun. This year’s attractions, a mix of new experiences and perennial favorites, have been chosen to help families build memories together than will last a lifetime.

New features at Piney Acres this year include:

    • 2000 square feet addition to farm store, including a 14’ hand-laid stone fireplace
    • Duck races
    • Apple/Pumpkin cannon
    • The “Barnyard Twister” experience
    • A new concrete track for our pedal cars
    • Themed 8 acre corn maze sponsored by NinjaZone Academy Geist and Grand Park

These new attractions will appear alongside some of our most popular activities, including our hayrides, barrel train, pumpkin patch, bounce pad, animal encounters, playground and gem mine.

Piney Acres will also be introducing an upgraded menu. Visitors can enjoy gourmet macaroni and cheese, bread pudding, handheld pies in a variety of flavors and lemon shake-ups. These new items, created by a local chef, Jerry Lutz, and are sure to become fall favorites.
